The Road to Salvation
The purpose of printing the books of John and Romans is to see souls brought into the Kingdom. The book of John is chosen because it shows God’s love and Romans describes our need for him. The combination of the two divinely inspired books produces a powerful pamphlet that demonstrates the way of salvation. Each John and Romans scripture provides a marked path through the plan of salvation. On the front cover, page 42 is marked for readers to turn to. Then, on page 42, Romans 3:23 is underlined. After examining the verse, an additional page number will direct the reader to another verse. Below are the scriptures that one will follow on this journey through salvations plan.

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Page 50: Romans 10:9-10
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Page 4: John 3:16-17
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.
Page 19: John 10:27-30
My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand. I and my Father are one.

But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.

After reading these scriptures, the pamphlet will take you to the back of the book where it discusses how to receive Christ. In order to be saved, one must cry out to God with repentance and belief. Repentance in the Greek literally means a change of mind. To be saved, one must turn from sin to Christ. Additionally, one must believe in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The gospel, simply put, is Jesus’ death for sin and His resurrection, which defeated death. Once one is saved, Jesus becomes Savior and Lord of their life.
